During 2024–2025, ACESPROCESS successfully completed the production of 52 industrial carbon filters for Siloxa Engineering AG. All units were designed in full compliance with EN13445 and AD2000 pressure equipment standards, covering engineering calculations, fabrication processes, testing and certification.
The manufactured carbon filters include capacities of:

and are optimized for high-performance applications such as industrial gas treatment, air filtration and process safety systems.
Throughout the project, material selection, fabrication methods, welding procedures (WPS/PQR), NDT examinations (RT, PT, MT), hydrostatic tests and documentation were carried out in accordance with the ACESPROCESS quality management system.
