In 2025, ACESPROCESS successfully completed the production of 63 pressure vessels for HTT ENERGY, fully designed and certified in accordance with the AD2000-Merkblatt standards. The project covered the entire workflow — from engineering calculations and material selection to fabrication, testing, and final certification — executed meticulously by our expert engineering and manufacturing team.
The scope included the design, production, and quality assurance of pressure vessels with varying volumes and operating pressures, all meeting strict AD2000 requirements. Within this framework, the following stages were conducted in full compliance with international standards:
