In 2025, ACESPROCESS successfully completed the design, engineering, and manufacturing of three U-type heat exchangers for Kordsa. All equipment was designed in accordance with the EN13445 pressure equipment standard, and the entire engineering process—including mechanical calculations, material selection, and durability analyses—was carried out in line with international requirements.

Each unit was engineered to deliver high thermal performance for demanding heating and cooling applications.
The project scope included detailed engineering, U-tube bundle fabrication, tube sheet machining, welding procedures (WPS/PQR), tube expansion, NDT examinations (RT, PT, MT), hydrostatic testing, and full quality assurance activities, all conducted in compliance with the ACESPROCESS quality management system.
The delivered U-tube heat exchangers were specially designed to provide:
